Emergency Response to Trauma Accidents

Class will be held at the renowned Urban Warfare Center, North Salt Lake City, Utah.

This 8 hour hands on course provides instruction to the average non medical person in treating serious trauma injuries, including gun shot wounds. Topics include: patient assessment, hemorrhage control, airway techniques, carries and lifts, triage. No medical training is required to take this course.

Local police SWAT and/or military special operations medics teach this course. Realistic special effects make-up and simulated blood/injuries are used along with sound. Music, sirens and other special effects are used to induce stress.
